It was to show his sympathy and confusion towards his Ph.D student giving up research opportunities to become a teacher. His letter was forwarded massively, and triggered a discussion in the community on why China cannot cultivate talents on scientific research. On Nov. 13th Cheng Daizhan published an article on his microblog called "I was sleepless last night for a student". Showing his sympathy and confusion for his student, Xiao Yang, to give up research and become a high school teacher. He wrote, "You do so, and then China may lose an outstanding scientist." Xiao Yang once published many long articles as the first author on IEEE TAC, a top journal for systematic control. Even for faculty members in this field, not many people could publish articles in this journal. This letter has triggered all kinds of discussions, including "overkill, the loss of the research community", "the state investment is almost in vain", "too realistic social environment causing the brain drain" ...... But some believe Xiao Yang also had the freedom of choice, "the contribution of a high school teacher is no less than university researchers." Follow us on TWITTER: twitter.com Like us on FACEBOOK: www.facebook.com After the 18th Party congress, how can there be any change to the economic growth rate slow down or negative growth and inflation? Some reports said that Zhu Rongji played the role of representative veteran of the Communist Party at the 18th congress. The report also said the new leadership would perform large-scale economic reforms. let's listen to the experts' analysis at home and abroad to answer the question. According to the report of chn.chosun.com from Beijing that Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council Ma Kai will be appointed Chinese vice premier during Zhu Rongji's rule. He will be in charge of fiscal and financial affairs. Supporting Zhu and working around him in the past, the officials have played key roles. The observers pointed out that general secretary Xi jinping's new leadership would perform large-scale economic reforms. Chinese economical and societal scholar, sociology PH.D of Princeton University Cheng Xiaonong thinks that such reports are far-fetched. Especially as Zhu's main assistant Wen Jiabao who served as Chinese premier for ten years, can't reform anything. Cheng Xiaonong: "The purpose of Zhu Rongji's appearing is to repress Jiang Zemin. It's not the symbol of economic reforms, it was misunderstood. The discussion about Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s reforms should be stopped. Mainland media and the CCP's propaganda organizations always propagate reform. Its purpose ...

He is planning to launch an encouragement mechanism into the system by offering financial compensation to donors. But China has a tradition of keeping the body whole when buried in the earth. How can one voluntarily donate one's organs? Furthermore, how can one's organs be donated for money? Then how will the Chinese Communist Party implement the planned system? Let's see the report. According to reports of local media, China's Vice Minister of Health, Huang Jiefu, is attending meetings in Guangzhou, and has operated organ transplantation surgeries on two consecutive days. He said that China will use financial compensation to stimulate organ donation.
